Lightweight tent with a large vestibule
The Outer Space II 2-person tent is made of a PU-coated ripstop nylon and has a water-repellent DWR C6 treatment. The inner tent is also made of 40D ripstop nylon and has air-permeable 15D No-See-Um mosquito net at some areas. Plus, thanks to the hydrostatic head of 5,000 mm, the durable tent floor offers very good protection even in rainy weather.
Equipped with a DAC Pf 9 mm TH72M pole set with hubs and clips, the tent is very easy to pitch. When set up, it measures 215 x 130 cm and has a total of 2.8 m² of sleeping space, offering enough space for two people with sleeping mats. In addition, there is a 3.7 m² vestibule, which is connected to the large entrance. You can even sit in the vestibule and safely place your backpacks and camping equipment to protect them from the rain.
Despite its size, the Exped 2-person tent only weighs 2,800 g and can be compressed down to a size of 55 x 21 cm for easy transport. If you want to protect the tent floor, then you can purchase the matching footprint for the Outer Space II.
